This Pricing Table (“Pricing”) extends the Merchant Services Agreement (“MSA”) and is in addition to the terms of the MSA.
Terms defined in the MSA shall have the same meaning in these terms.
We aim to provide transparent pricing, with no hidden fees at a rate that is fair. We also provide volume discounts, as you increase your volume through the system we can offer lower rates, please ask for a custom quote.
All Fees EXC VAT.
Our Standard List Prices which we may charge.
Note these prices may apply where they are not listed or outlined in your Quote form, or in a subsequent communication from us, e.g via email outlining a new price. You may pay less than these fees if you are on one of our pricing or discount plans, please ask for details.

Setup Fees: £699
Per Order Commission: 7.5%
Monthly Fee: £25
Admin Fee: £0.50p or 5% per order up to £2.00 (whichever is the max)

Interchange, Acquirer and other Fees
Depending on the card scheme, we may add our interchange ++ fees, 0.25% - 0.75% depending on card scheme (for Mastercard and Visa), other cards up to 1.5% + up to £0.09p online verification fee
Chargebacks: £50 per chargeback
Volume Payout Fee: 0.25%
3D Secure Fee: £0.50
Defender Fee: £0.06 per transaction
High Risk Processing Fee 2% - 5% (applied if your account is flagged as high risk)
Menu Support Requests £50 Per Request (per hour, min 1 hour work)
Non Emergency Out Of Hours Support: £50 Per Request (per hour, min 1 hour work)
Social Media Marketing: £Price on Application
Google Ads: £Price on Application
Flyers and other Marketing Material: £Price On Application
